The town set was built specifically for the series in North Beaver Bank, Nova Scotia. The site, known as the Beaver Bank Villa has a long history, and many years ago contained housing units, a community hall, fire station, school, church, convenience store, etc. (all demolished by 2004) to support the workers of a nearby military radar base which operated in the 1950's and 1960's. The paved streets and driveways were all that remained, and the fake town was built on them..

It was very thrilling previously, but now became a drama which seems inappropriate
Season 1 & 2 were lit, but they are unnecessarily stretching the episodes of season 3 which is irritating. Season 3 episode was good, but after that simply they are building up some moments that is not getting us emotionally connect with the situation and I mostly fast forwarded several unwanted conversations with the characters. I think after the first episode in season 3, rest of the 8 episodes can be actually compressed in to 3 episodes max.
May be they have plans for another season
But this method of stretching episodes are not ideal as most of the fans find it irritating, including me. Hope they corrects the issue in next season.
